For students

Are you in the final phase of your degree and thinking about starting your career? Do you have (almost) all the qualifications you need to join us immediately, but you’re still unsure whether the consulting industry is the right career path for you? 

Then apply for an internship with us! 

You should bring at least 12 weeks of time, as we hire interns on a project basis only.
This allows you to take on responsible tasks from day one and learn from experienced consultants.

We would like to give you the opportunity to find out whether you have the necessary consultant skills or would like to acquire them.

But be prepared: If we are impressed by your profile, we are normally interested in taking you on as a permanent employee.

In addition to your CV and copies of all relevant certificates (school and university diploma, training certificates, internship and/or work references), this also includes a meaningful cover letter. Your application should give us the opportunity to find out more about you as a person besides the hard facts.

What happens after we receive your application?

If we like your profile, you will be invited to an initial interview – preferably in our Bonn office. We want to find out if you are a good fit for our team – and if we are a good fit for you. During an hour-long exchange with a total of two partners and colleagues, both sides can get to know each other.

If the initial assessment is positive on both sides, we will start the second and final round of our selection process together. Of course, we would like to know how you approach challenging problems. That’s why, next to talking to two more partners and colleagues in a second appointment, you will also work on a case study (45 minutes). You do not need to prepare for that – instead, you will receive all the necessary information and materials on site. Finally, you will present your results and discuss them with us. 

If we are convinced by your solution, you will usually receive a verbal commitment to join us right after the interview.
