We take responsibility for the environment and society
It is the declared aim of 3con Management Consultants to minimize the potentially negative social and environmental impact of our business activities. And we go one step further: by acting responsibly as a company, we want to improve people’s quality of life and protect the livelihoods of present and future generations.
That is why we lead by example and make our sustainability efforts transparent.
Our sustainability report for 2021 can be viewed here. It was prepared on a voluntary basis in accordance with the criteria of the German Sustainability Code (DNK) – a recognized standard for sustainability reporting.
Thanks to our many years of expertise in sustainability consulting and our participation in relevant DNK training courses, we are also an official training partner of the German Council for Sustainable Development (RNE).
We are consistently reducing our ecological footprint
Combating climate change remains the biggest challenge of our time. That is why we are keeping the ecological footprint of 3con Management Consultants as small as possible – for example by means of a consistent digital-if-possible strategy and prioritizing rail travel. We have set ourselves the specific goal of emitting a maximum of 76 grams of CO₂ per kilometer driven in the context of our business activities by 2030.
We are also a member of the B.A.U.M. e.V. network, one of the largest networks for sustainable business in Germany.
We promote the compatibility of work and private life
As a management consultancy, we find solutions to highly complex problems. In view of our demanding working environment, we as a company attach great importance to an honest work-life balance.
For our efforts, we have been awarded with the berufundfamilie audit certificate for the fourth time. It is a seal of quality for employers who gear their HR policy towards life phases and thus contribute to a family-friendly transformation of the working world.
We have also been a member of the nationwide Erfolgsfaktor Familie corporate network and the regional Bonn/Rhein Sieg network of family-conscious companies for many years.
We act with integrity
Compliance with legal and internal company regulations is an integral part of the values of 3con Management Consultants.
It is therefore essential for us to obtain knowledge of compliance-relevant misconduct.
In addition to internal prevention and control measures, a whistleblowing mechanism provides the opportunity to report irregular behavior – this also includes information on human rights or environmental risks as well as legal violations along our global supply chain.
