Dr. Marcus Heinrich was born in 1968. After studying solid state physics in Bonn and Göttingen, he completed his doctorate in scanning tunneling microscopy in Jülich/Aachen. Since joining the consulting industry in 1997, he has focused his work on production, production-related services and sites in the chemical industry.
He knows most European chemical sites from his own experience. He brought this focus and his experience to 3con as a founding partner in 2002. Since then, he has successively expanded his expertise and the company’s skills in this field. He accompanies companies in change processes with enthusiasm and full commitment from conception to implementation.

Born in Cologne, he lives with his family in Bonn. He is heavily involved in voluntary work, particularly in the self-administration and associations of the Catholic Church.
