Thomas-Peter Wilk has more than 30 years of experience in the process industry and the industrial services sector, and has held international leadership and management positions for many years.
Born in 1968, this graduate engineer (FH) with an MBA assists companies in the process industry with the further development of site organizations, technical services, and maintenance structures.
His areas of expertise include organizational transformation, the restructuring of service units, and the optimization of operations and maintenance models.
In addition, he draws on his many years of industry experience as a senior advisor to investors and private-equity firms on M&A-related matters.

Main Areas of Practice:
Throughout his career, he has successfully led and implemented numerous transformation and restructuring projects. In doing so, he combines in-depth technical expertise with a clear focus on practical, sustainable solutions. He brings particular expertise in the areas of site services, utilities and waste management, service provider management, as well as corrosion under insulation (CUI) and industrial insulation. Another area of focus is the design and implementation of change processes at the intersection of companies, works councils, and labor unions.
In addition, he has extensive experience in the design and implementation of outsourcing projects, ranging from analysis and contract drafting to the transfer of operations and subsequent operational support. His many years of experience working in international organizations have shaped his understanding of diverse corporate cultures and complex stakeholder structures.

In addition to his consulting work, Thomas-Peter Wilk serves as president of the European Federation of Associations of Insulation Contractors (FESI). In this role, he is committed to advancing technical standards and innovative solutions in the European process industry. Prior to that, he served on the board of the European Industrial Insulation Foundation (EiiF) for seven years.
