3con Management Consultants was founded in Bonn in 2002. Initially, a particular focus lay on the chemical industry – today however, an interdisciplinary team of experienced consultants develops sustainable solutions for companies across the entire process industry and beyond. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Our company name goes back to the essential ingredients of successful transformation processes, which 3con understands as a guiding principle. Therefore, <\/span>this trinity has been<\/span> decisive for our work<\/span>\u00a0s<\/span>ince the founding days: “connection”\u00a0<\/span>for<\/span> bringing together key players, “conception”\u00a0<\/span>for <\/span>the development of holistic solution concepts and “conversion”\u00a0<\/span>for our\u00a0<\/span>focus on sustainable and effective implementation.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

After a successful establishment phase, <\/span>in<\/span> which 3con increasingly defined its role as a problem solver for complex contexts, this approach was reinterpreted in 2008: “connection” as overview,<\/span>\u00a0“conception” as insight and “conversion” as foresight<\/span>, b<\/span>ecause <\/span>new perspectives only appear to <\/span>those who look at things from different angles. This is how we <\/span>identify<\/span> problems before they are even visible.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

While the founding team of 3con initially worked in sublet offices, <\/span>in 2010 <\/span>we were finally able to move into our current company villa in Bad Godesberg. The <\/span>historic <\/span>building<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>quickly <\/span>turned into<\/span> an inspiring workplace for the growing team<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

As 3con brings together colleagues in different life stages and with diverse professional backgrounds, it has always been a major focus of ours to enable an honest work-life balance – even in a demanding working environment. Flexible working models are one of numerous measures for which we were awarded the berufundfamilie audit certificate<\/a> – a seal of excellence for companies championing life-phase-conscious HR policies – in 2014. Since then, we have continuously evolved and successfully completed our fourth recertification in 2023.<\/p>

A<\/span>t the beginning of 2021<\/span>, <\/span><\/span><\/span>AllocNow<\/span><\/a> was founded as an independent 3con spin-off. The cleantech company offers a \u201cProduct Sustainability Platform\u201d that enables companies to automatically calculate the environmental impact of their products, communicate <\/span>it <\/span>clearly, and reduce its impacts in a targeted manner. The software is now used by <\/span>numerous<\/span> well-known chemical companies, which impressively underlines its innovative strength and relevance.\u202f<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

In<\/span> the field of management consulting<\/span>, <\/span>key topics and challenges are constantly changing<\/span>. <\/span>In this volatile environment, o<\/span>ur company DNA <\/span>passes<\/span> the test of time: we have been supporting management in mastering complex transformation processes for more than 20 years – currently with a pronounced focus on operational excellence, <\/span>sustainability,<\/span> and digitalization.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
