If we like your profile, you will be invited to <\/span>an initial<\/span> interview \u2013 preferably <\/span>in<\/span> ou<\/span>r Bonn office.<\/span> We want to find out <\/span>if<\/span> you are a good fit for our team \u2013 and <\/span>if<\/span> we are a good fit for you.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>During an <\/span>hour-long<\/span> exchange with a total of two partners and colleagues<\/span>, both sides can<\/span> get to know each other.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

If the <\/span>ini<\/span>tial<\/span> as<\/span>sessment <\/span>is positive <\/span>on both sides, we will start the second and final round of our selection process together.<\/span> Of course, we <\/span>would like<\/span> to know how you approach challenging problems.<\/span> Tha<\/span>t\u2019s<\/span> wh<\/span>y<\/span>, next to<\/span> talk<\/span>ing<\/span> to two <\/span>more<\/span> partners and colleagues in a second appointment, <\/span>you will <\/span>also work\u00a0<\/span>on a case study<\/span>\u00a0(45 minutes).<\/span> You do not need to prepare for that\u00a0<\/span>\u2013 instead, you will receive all the necessary information and materials on site.<\/span> F<\/span>inally<\/span>, <\/span>y<\/span>ou will present your results and<\/span> discuss them with us.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
