Our sustainability report for 2023 can be viewed here<\/a>. It was prepared on a voluntary basis in accordance with the criteria of the German Sustainability Code (DNK) – a recognized standard for sustainability reporting.<\/p>

Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are central pillars of a fair workplace culture for us. We believe in the power of diverse teams where individuality can and should be embraced \u2013 that\u2019s why we\u2019re fostering a corporate culture in which different perspectives are welcomed, barriers are challenged, and equal opportunities are promoted.<\/p>

We have begun to embed DEI strategically within our company and to bring it to life through concrete actions. Combating climate change remains the biggest challenge of our time. That is why we are keeping the ecological footprint of 3con Management Consultants as small as possible – for example, by means of a consistent digital-if-possible strategy and prioritizing rail travel. We have set ourselves the specific goal of emitting a maximum of 76 grams of CO\u2082 per kilometer driven in the context of our business activities by 2030.<\/p>

We are also a member of the B.A.U.M. e.V.<\/a> network, one of the largest networks for sustainable business in Germany.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
